Privacy Policy

We collect information you choose to give us, and a limited amount collected automatically:

• Contact and quote requests: your name, phone number, email address, property address or area, project details, and any photos you upload.
• Chat and voice assistant: the messages you type or speak to our website assistant, and any contact details you share in that conversation.
• Invoices and payments: billing name, address, and project details needed to invoice work we perform.
• Usage data: pages visited, browser type, and approximate location (city/region derived from your IP address), collected through privacy-friendly analytics and our own visit tracking. We use a small number of first-party cookies and browser storage to make the site work and to avoid counting the same visit twice. We do not use advertising cookies.

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare estimates and quotes.
• To schedule, perform, and invoice the work you request.
• To follow up about your project and provide customer service.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run the website and our business, and only as needed for them to provide their service. These include website hosting and analytics (Vercel), database hosting (Neon), email delivery (Resend), and AI providers that power our chat and voice assistant (such as OpenAI and ElevenLabs).

Some of these providers store or process data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law (for example, financial records are kept for the period required by the Canada Revenue Agency). When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent and ask us to delete it, subject to legal and contractual limits. You can also opt out of marketing messages at any time.

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
